The Walden School Players
Walden’s “house band” of exceptional performers bring a wonderful concert of contemporary concert music to life to kick off Festival Week. This year’s Players are Erica Dicker, violin; Peter Evans, trumpet; Ryan Muncy, saxophone; Tawnya Popoff, viola; Chris Wild, cello; Bonnie Whiting, percussion; Dana Jessen, bassoon; and 2015 Grammy Award-winner, Cory Smythe, piano.

An exciting invitation to learn more about The Walden School and hear the world-renowned chamber group, Horszowski Trio
with Jesse Mills, violin; Raman Ramakrishnan, cello; and Rieko Aizawa, piano.
The Los Angeles Times has called this ensemble “power players,” and Mr. Mills has twice been nominated for a Grammy Award.
Their concert will feature works by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and Joan Tower.
